Overview

HubSpot is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with the sales organization and drive the execution of prospective deals. You'll utilize your technical knowledge to deliver value-driven solutions to customers. This role requires 2+ years of experience in a technical consultant or sales role.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 2+ years of experience in a PreSales or technical consultant role, where you've developed a strong understanding of customer challenges and how to deliver technical value to meet their business goals. You are fluent in spoken and written English, which allows you to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You enjoy collaborating with different teams and are motivated to develop yourself, believing that actionable feedback is a great way to learn and grow. You are open to admitting mistakes and understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with sales reps, partners, and customers.

Desirable

Experience working with internal teams and stakeholders while dealing with external customers is a plus. You have a passion for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members, helping them grow in their roles. You are driven by a desire to push for value-driven propositions that solve for customers, and you thrive in environments where you can contribute to the success of the sales organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner seamlessly with the sales organization to drive the execution of prospective and expansive deals. Your day-to-day will involve building and maintaining relationships with sales reps, partners, and customers, ensuring that you understand their challenges and can propose effective solutions. You will participate in and direct projects relevant to presales, sales, and the wider business, leveraging your technical knowledge to become a trusted partner. Coaching and mentoring less experienced team members will also be a key part of your responsibilities, as you help them navigate their roles and develop their skills.
