Druva is seeking a Product Manager to drive product strategy and customer engagement for their data security solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize your analytical skills to shape the product roadmap. This role requires experience in high-growth environments and strong communication abilities.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment — you've successfully driven products from concept to execution and understand the nuances of customer engagement. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret metrics and develop data-driven strategies that align with business goals. You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to diverse stakeholders. You are a hustler with a sense of urgency and a can-do attitude, always looking for ways to iterate and improve. Your experience includes collaborating with senior leadership to align product priorities with corporate direction, ensuring that the product line vision is effectively communicated to both internal and external audiences.
Experience in data security or SaaS products is a plus, as is familiarity with pricing and licensing strategies. You thrive in environments where you can interact directly with customers, gathering insights that inform product development and marketing strategies. Your ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams enhances your effectiveness in building key product marketing collateral and delivering impactful training to field sales teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, updating, and communicating the product line vision and strategy to core stakeholders. You will drive the pricing and licensing strategy for the product, which includes developing financial modeling plans for both short-term and long-term objectives. Your role will involve tracking performance against these plans to ensure alignment with business goals. You will collaborate closely with other product managers and the marketing team to create essential product marketing materials and provide training to the sales team. Engaging with customers for product demos, roadmap presentations, and gathering product feedback will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to iterate on product features based on customer insights and market trends, ensuring that the product remains competitive and meets the evolving needs of users.
Druva offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a significant impact on the product and the company. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team dedicated to providing top-notch data security solutions. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — your unique perspective could be just what we need. Competitive compensation and benefits are part of the package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.
