You have over 5 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading design teams and delivering user-centered solutions. Your expertise in design thinking and user experience principles enables you to create intuitive and effective designs that meet user needs. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility. You have a strong understanding of the latest design tools and methodologies, and you are passionate about mentoring and developing junior designers on your team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions.
Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS products is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and design systems. You are comfortable using data to inform design decisions and have experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate your designs.
