Overview

Datadog is seeking a Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead a high-performing sales team and drive customer acquisition strategies. This role requires extensive experience in enterprise sales leadership within a B2B technology environment.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience managing a high-performing Enterprise Sales Leadership team in a B2B technology company. Your proven track record in sales demonstrates your ability to build relationships with Fortune 1000 companies and manage complex sales processes effectively. You are motivated by leading a sales team, setting quotas, and managing your team against those quotas. Coaching others is a passion of yours, and you have a successful history as an individual contributor, sharing relevant and complex closing experiences with a growing team.

You thrive in high-growth tech environments and understand the nuances of breaking into larger deals. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and creativity, aligning with Datadog's office culture. You are adept at developing and executing high-growth strategies that increase customer acquisition and continuously evaluate sales processes to expand into new markets.

Desirable

Experience in a hybrid workplace is a plus, as you understand the importance of work-life harmony for your team. You are familiar with the latest sales technologies and methodologies that can enhance team performance and drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of first-line managers, focusing on building, developing, and training enterprise teams to achieve sales quota attainment on a quarterly and yearly basis.
