What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Rubrik, you will provide technical leadership and direction to both customers and internal staff. You will assist in the development of fully integrated technology solutions that support pre-sales activities in the assigned market. Your role will involve analyzing customer needs and designing tailored solutions that leverage Rubrik’s innovative products.

You will work closely with the regional sales team, collaborating on pipeline generation and account-level activities. Your expertise will be crucial in evangelizing and positioning Rubrik’s products to a targeted list of new and existing strategic customer accounts in the Southwest Region. You will oversee customer demonstrations and proof of concepts, ensuring that potential clients understand the benefits and capabilities of our solutions.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a key role in training and mentoring junior sales engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales team.
