Stripe is hiring a GTM Accelerate Manager to lead a team of Onboarding Specialists in Bengaluru. You'll provide technical guidance during user onboarding and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer onboarding, ideally with 5+ years of experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech. Your leadership skills shine as you guide a team of Onboarding Specialists, ensuring they provide exceptional technical guidance to users during their onboarding journey with Stripe. You understand the needs of startup and digital-native customers, and your knowledge of APIs allows you to address technical queries effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontline developers and technical leaders.

Desirable

Experience in building and scaling new teams from zero is a plus, as is a deep understanding of the payments landscape. You are proactive and can troubleshoot challenges that arise during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for users. Your ability to create tailored project plans and key milestone guides will empower businesses to launch faster with confidence.

What you'll do

As the GTM Accelerate Manager, you will lead a dedicated implementation service that helps users quickly and confidently implement Stripe into their businesses. You will oversee the onboarding process, guiding users through each stage from project planning to product workshops. Your team will proactively address technical queries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. You will be responsible for developing and refining the onboarding process, ensuring that users have access to the resources they need to succeed.

You will also work closely with the Stripe Accelerate team to enhance the implementation service, leveraging your expertise to improve user experiences and outcomes. Your role will involve analyzing user feedback and onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the onboarding process is efficient and effective. You will mentor and support your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
