What you'll do
In this role, you will be the voice of Carvana, supporting our Sell to Carvana, Verification, or Customer Experience teams. You will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include problem-solving in real-time, actively listening to customer needs, and finding effective solutions. You will also drive efficiency by reviewing and verifying sensitive customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and speed in your work. As a full-time, in-office position, you will be part of a team that values collaboration and customer advocacy.
