What you'll do

As a Dispute Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving disputes related to our revenue verticals, including Advertising, Partnerships, and Consumer Products. You will work closely with the Credit & Collections team to ensure that all accounts receivable functions are handled efficiently and accurately. Your role will involve analyzing disputes, communicating with various stakeholders, and implementing solutions that align with Netflix's revenue-generating initiatives. You will also be expected to identify trends in disputes and recommend process improvements to minimize future occurrences. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be crucial in driving successful outcomes.
