What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation of Freshpaint's Privacy Platform for healthcare providers, ensuring that their customer data is managed securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulations. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions that enhance their data governance practices. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, developing implementation plans, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the platform.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine the platform's features based on client feedback and industry trends. Your insights will help shape the future direction of Freshpaint's offerings, making a significant impact on the healthcare marketing landscape. You will also be responsible for training clients on best practices for using the platform effectively, ensuring they maximize the value of their investment.
