HubSpot is seeking a Manager of Partner Development to lead a team focused on driving partner sourced revenue and enhancing the partner ecosystem. This role requires strong business acumen and team management skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in partner development or business development, ideally with experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth. Your strong business acumen allows you to engage effectively with partners and stakeholders, fostering relationships that lead to strategic growth. You are a natural leader who can build confidence and trust within your team, providing developmental feedback that encourages continuous improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales managers and executives to align on business goals and drive partner-led demand generation. Your experience in recruiting, selecting, and training new team members ensures that your team is equipped with the skills necessary for success. You are passionate about developing holistic partner development skills within your team, guiding them to achieve and exceed their goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage a Partner Development team, focusing on achieving quarterly MBOs and monthly milestones that drive partner sourced revenue. You will engage regularly with partners to build executive relationships, providing updates and addressing any escalations or concerns. Your leadership will be crucial in driving initiatives that impact the foundations of the Partner Development organization at HubSpot. You will coach team members to enhance their skills and toolset, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute to the growth of the business. You will collaborate proactively with direct sales managers, directors, and executives to support strategic partner growth conversations and planning. Your ability to influence stakeholders across the business will be key in driving the success of the partner ecosystem. You will also maintain professional knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to ensure your team remains competitive.
