Doppler is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for their developer-focused platform. You'll work on enhancing app configuration and secrets management solutions. This role requires a strong background in product management and a passion for developer tools.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a tech-focused environment where you've driven product strategy and execution. You understand the nuances of developer-focused products and have a knack for translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions. Your background includes working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful features that resonate with users. You thrive in entrepreneurial settings and are comfortable with ambiguity, always seeking to explore innovative approaches to problem-solving. In this role, you will own the product roadmap for Doppler's SecretOps platform, ensuring that it aligns with the company's mission to simplify app configuration and secrets management for developers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to define and prioritize features that enhance user experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand developer pain points, analyzing market trends to inform product decisions, and leading A/B testing initiatives to optimize product performance. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance, ensuring that the team meets its ambitious goals. As a Senior Product Manager, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
