As the CRM Manager, you will manage Modo Social Casino’s CRM strategy with a primary focus on driving retention KPIs, reducing player churn, and reactivating lapsed users. You will monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights and regular reporting to inform strategic adjustments and improve ROI. Developing and executing CRM campaigns, including ad hoc and automated retention campaigns, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and platform teams to create cohesive user journeys, integrating CRM touchpoints seamlessly within the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of promotional setup, including campaign ideation and creation, ensuring that each initiative aligns with the overall strategy and objectives of Modo Social Casino.
