Notabene is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer growth and retention in the APAC region. You'll play a key role in shaping the Customer Success strategy and ensuring customers maximize their use of Notabene's products. This position requires strong relationship management skills and a data-driven approach.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the tech or financial services sector. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to derive insights from data to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams. You understand the importance of customer feedback and use it to inform product improvements and service enhancements. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are committed to their success.
Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with customer success tools and metrics. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can improve customer engagement and satisfaction. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial, as it provides a holistic view of the customer journey.
As a Customer Success Manager at Notabene, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts in the APAC region. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers are successfully onboarded and are deriving maximum value from our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey and helping them navigate any challenges they may face. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall growth of your accounts. Regular check-ins and performance reviews with customers will be part of your routine, allowing you to proactively address any issues and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure that customer needs are being met and that our offerings are aligned with market demands. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the Customer Success strategy and driving initiatives that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You will also track key performance indicators related to customer retention and satisfaction, using this data to inform your approach and report on your success.
