In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will become a digital marketing expert, developing a consultative sales approach that fosters long-term client relationships. Each day will bring new challenges as you work within a wide variety of industries, making your work dynamic and engaging. You will celebrate wins with your local team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, presenting solutions tailored to their needs, and following up to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions through sales and bonuses, with first-year on-target earnings estimated between $100,000 and $110,000. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage. The training program consists of three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your new role.
