What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of Poppulo's mission to enhance employee communications and improve customer experiences through innovative machine learning solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to identify opportunities for applying machine learning in our products. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing machine learning models, conducting experiments to validate hypotheses, and collaborating with teams to integrate these models into our existing systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of deployed models and iterating on them based on user feedback and data analysis.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology, ensuring that our solutions are not only effective but also scalable and maintainable. Your insights will help drive strategic decisions and influence the direction of our product development.
