Google is seeking an Advertising Solutions Architect to lead technical implementations and customer engagements in the advertising sector. You'll leverage your skills in Java, C++, and Python to design solutions that meet client needs. This role requires experience in technical project management and fluency in English and Mandarin.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with equivalent practical experience. You possess experience in technical project management and stakeholder management, having worked in professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting. Your background includes system design or reading code, particularly in languages such as Java, C++, and Python. You have a proven track record in customer-facing roles, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective client relationship management in this region.
A Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred. You have experience in building proof of concepts using web/scripting technologies, including JS, Python, and SQL. Familiarity with the advertising industry and technologies, especially in ad tech measurement, tagging analytics, and attribution, is a plus. You are adept at absorbing technical concepts and communicating them effectively to non-technical audiences. Your collaboration skills shine as you work actively with various groups within Google, including Sales teams and Solution Engineers.
In this role, you will lead complex multi-quarter projects by collaborating closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to achieve customer wins and drive Google Ads revenue outcomes. You will be responsible for planning and conducting quarterly business reviews for your assigned pods, ensuring the progress of gTech Ads service delivery and business enablement. Your role will involve architecting technical and media solutions tailored to meet customer needs, guiding them through the intricacies of Google’s Ad products stack. You will help customers maximize their use of our Ad and Publisher products, providing a range of services from enabling better self-help and in-product support to setting up accounts and leading technical implementations.
