Overview

Skyscanner is seeking a Principal Product Manager for their Advertising Team to enhance the traveller experience with native advertising. You'll collaborate across disciplines to drive data-driven decisions and launch impactful features. This role requires extensive experience in product management.

Who you are

You have significant experience in product management, ideally with a focus on advertising or user experience. You thrive on solving complex problems and have a knack for turning strategy into seamless delivery. Your ability to collaborate across disciplines is key, as you will work closely with various teams to ensure the traveller experience is at the forefront of your initiatives. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage analytics to inform product decisions. You are passionate about creating value for both users and partners, ensuring that advertising feels relevant and helpful rather than intrusive.

Desirable

Experience in the travel industry or with digital advertising products would be a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on user needs.

What you'll do

As the Principal Product Manager, you will own the traveller experience related to advertising on Skyscanner. You will set the strategy for how travellers encounter ads, ensuring they are relevant and helpful. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch features that enhance the advertising experience. You will champion data-driven decision-making, using analytics to guide your product roadmap and measure success. You will also be responsible for communicating the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
