Canto is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the design transformation of their platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance design systems and accessibility programs. This role requires strong design skills and experience in product design.

Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, with a focus on creating user-centered solutions that enhance the overall user experience. With at least 5 years of experience in the field, you have a proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to drive design initiatives. Your expertise in design systems and accessibility ensures that you create inclusive and effective designs that cater to diverse user needs. You are proficient in Figma and other design tools, allowing you to produce high-quality design deliverables efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about mentoring junior designers, sharing your knowledge, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within your team.

Desirable

Experience with digital asset management or similar industries is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking principles. You are comfortable presenting your design ideas to stakeholders and can articulate the rationale behind your design decisions effectively.

What you'll do
