You'll collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement across Dropbox products. This role requires strong leadership and product management experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on multi-product ecosystems. Your background includes defining product vision and strategy, and you have a proven track record of driving product execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You possess strong customer empathy and a deep understanding of user behavior, workflows, and product design principles. You are comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can drive clarity amid ambiguity. Your leadership experience includes building and scaling product teams, although this role begins as an individual contributor.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven company is a plus, particularly in roles that require collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams. Familiarity with user engagement metrics and product adoption strategies will be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and evangelize the multi-product vision and strategy for Dropbox Core, ensuring users can intuitively discover, adopt, and benefit from all Dropbox products within a unified platform experience. You will architect the system, navigation, and cross-product interfaces that power seamless interaction across the Dropbox ecosystem, enabling scalable expansion and new product integration. You will collaborate deeply with senior leadership, including the CEO, CTO, CMO, and GM Core, to align product direction with company strategy, customer needs, and long-term business goals. Your responsibilities will include driving the product roadmap, engaging with stakeholders to gather insights, and ensuring that the product development aligns with user expectations and market trends.

What we offer

Dropbox offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $317,100—$428,900 USD for US Zone 1, with variations for other zones. You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible remote environment, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to enhancing user experiences across the Dropbox ecosystem. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
