Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager for the TOM Technology group to coordinate the launch and integration of new technology innovations in transportation operations. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and process improvement skills.
You have over 5 years of experience in program management, particularly in coordinating large-scale projects across various teams. Your ability to dive deep into current processes allows you to gather in-depth understanding and drive meaningful changes. You are skilled at creating data-driven stories that inform process changes and align stakeholders towards common goals. Your experience includes identifying performance metrics and ensuring consistent measurement and accountability across programs. You are comfortable with travel, as you may need to analyze and implement best practices on-site.
Experience in technology-driven environments is a plus, as is familiarity with operational processes in transportation or logistics. You thrive in roles that challenge the status quo and seek innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating across the TOM organization to successfully launch and integrate new technology innovations and operational processes. You will partner with stakeholders to drive and align changes in different processes, implementing new standard operating procedures (SOPs) that will impact hundreds of TOM managed Yards. Your role will involve creating and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and effectiveness of the new processes. You will also dive deep into current processes to gather insights that will inform your decisions and drive alignment across teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring the success of the TOM Central Program.
