Deliveroo is seeking a New Partner Experience Lead to enhance partner engagement and support the NPX team in Dubai. This role focuses on understanding partner needs and improving operational efficiency.
You have a strong background in customer success or partner management, ideally with experience in the food delivery or retail industry. You understand the importance of building relationships and enhancing partner engagement, and you have a proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence. You are data-driven and can analyze trends and KPIs to inform your strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to manage escalations effectively and support your team in their day-to-day tasks. You are passionate about creating a positive experience for partners and are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and support within your team.
In this role, you will lead the New Partner Experience (NPX) Team for the UAE, focusing on restaurants, grocers, and retailers. You will support and direct your team's efforts to increase partner engagement with Deliveroo, tailoring strategies to meet their specific needs. You will monitor team efficiency, ensuring that NPX Associates are equipped to handle their tasks effectively. Regular one-on-one meetings with team members will be part of your routine to provide guidance and support. You will also be responsible for reporting results to the SMB Lead, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in managing escalations from partners and ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
