Overview

SpaceX is hiring a Senior Design Verification Engineer to develop cutting-edge ASICs for space and ground infrastructures. Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in design verification engineering, particularly in the context of ASIC development. Your background includes a strong understanding of validation processes and methodologies, enabling you to ensure that complex systems meet rigorous performance standards. You are proactive and intellectually curious, always seeking to improve processes and outcomes. Your experience working in cross-disciplinary teams has equipped you with the skills to collaborate effectively with systems, firmware, architecture, and product engineering teams. You are familiar with the challenges of developing technologies for space applications and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects. You understand the importance of reliability and performance in high-stakes environments, and you are committed to delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Desirable

Experience with satellite systems or telecommunications is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges of designing for space environments. You may also have experience with software tools used in design verification and validation, which will enhance your ability to contribute to the team. A background in electrical engineering or a related field will further support your success in this role.

What you'll do
