RAPP is seeking a PCX Lead to drive CRM strategy and account management for a regional airline. You'll leverage data and personalization to enhance customer experiences, requiring expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud. This role is based in Dubai with hybrid work options.
You have a strong background in CRM strategy and account management, ideally with over 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies at the intersection of strategy, data, and personalization, making you a hybrid of a CRM strategist, loyalty architect, and account leader. You are fluent in customer experience design and technical enablement, with hands-on exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud. You understand the importance of fostering authentic customer connections and are passionate about creating tailored marketing solutions that adapt to individual needs.
Experience in the airline industry or with loyalty programs is a plus. You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams including data analysts, strategists, and technologists.
