What you'll do

As the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager, you will be the site lead for all engineering matters within the building. You will oversee the maintenance and optimization of technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network, ensuring that all equipment is available and functioning at peak performance. Your role will involve leading a team of engineers, fostering a culture of safety, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. This includes conducting regular inspections, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with other departments to address any issues that arise. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring your team, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers within the organization.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will be expected to contribute to the overall operational strategy of the site. This involves collaborating with senior management to align engineering goals with business objectives and participating in budget planning and resource allocation.
