Job Description

We’re searching for a Senior Product Manager to lead regional efforts on LLM-Driven Catalog Quality.

You will need to set the strategy, objectives and success metrics, build the roadmap, write product requirement documents, influence business and tech stakeholders to achieve your goals.

You will own Catalog Quality metrics like Attribute correctness, duplicates rate, incorrect variations, browse node coverage and refinements for MENAT (AE, SA, EG, TR) through a combination of reapplying globally available solves and creating new ones from scratch for the region. This is a region with unique challenges that requires a mix of driving global parity in Catalog Quality features and creating solves from scratch. You will be required to collaborate with various work streams, product managers, technology, and business leaders across Amazon. The ideal candidate would have a broad skill set including analytical horsepower, business judgment, technical aptitude, strong influencing skills, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a world-class shopping experience for our customers.

You will articulate and deliver comprehensive customer insights to better understand opportunities to improve the shopping experience of our customers. You will need to have an eye to spot and relate customer pain points into an actionable product roadmap. You will own communications with internal and external tech and business teams in Business, Catalog, Search, and CX. You will partner with senior leaders to drive cross-organizational initiatives.- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
