Solidcore is seeking a Talent and Product Development Manager to lead initiatives in talent education and product strategy. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for developing others.
You have a strong background in talent development and product management, ideally with experience in a managerial role. You are engaging, energetic, and motivating — your passion for educating and elevating those around you is evident in your work. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for building relationships across teams. Your ability to communicate effectively and inspire others makes you a natural leader. You are adaptable and open to relocating to the DC/Maryland/Virginia area, as this position requires a local presence.
In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Product Strategy, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent development programs that align with the company's goals. You will engage with team members to identify their development needs and create tailored educational opportunities. You will also collaborate with product teams to ensure that talent development initiatives support product strategy and enhance team performance. Your role will involve regular assessments of program effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. You will lead workshops and training sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Additionally, you will work closely with leadership to align talent development strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market.
