KnowBe4 is hiring a Customer Success Manager to build effective relationships with current customers and maximize customer lifetime value. This role requires fluency in Arabic and French and is based in Dubai.
You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in the cybersecurity or technology sectors. Your ability to build effective relationships with clients is paramount, and you understand the importance of maximizing customer lifetime value. You are fluent in both Arabic and French, which allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Your experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences has equipped you with the skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven platforms. As a Customer Success Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise customers.
