Product Manager II — Fulfilment & Batching

Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in product management, particularly in logistics or fulfillment systems — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that enhance operational efficiency. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data and market insights to identify bottlenecks and user pain points, driving product improvements that align with business goals.

You possess strong stakeholder management skills — you can effectively communicate with various teams, ensuring alignment on product vision and strategy. Your background in operations research or optimization is a plus, as it equips you with the tools to tackle complex delivery challenges. You are familiar with machine learning concepts and how they can be applied to improve fulfillment processes.

Desirable

Experience in multi-modal fulfillment or familiarity with ML-driven product systems is highly valued. You have a keen interest in AI applications within logistics, and you are eager to explore innovative solutions that can streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define the long-term strategy for batching, pooling, and complex delivery fulfillment — your mission is to enable fast, efficient, and reliable deliveries across various fleets and cities. You will conduct thorough research and analysis, using data and experimentation to uncover operational bottlenecks and user pain points. Your insights will guide product direction and help align it with marketplace growth and efficiency goals.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop and implement solutions that optimize fulfillment decisions from planning to execution. Your role will involve continuous monitoring of product performance and making data-driven adjustments to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will also be responsible for stakeholder alignment, ensuring that all teams are on the same page regarding product goals and timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in driving the success of the product and the organization as a whole.
