Familiarity with API integrations, SaaS applications, and AI/automation technologies is a plus, as is experience working with large enterprises in a high-touch sales environment. You are fluent in Japanese at a business level and have a good command of English, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Solutions Engineering team in Japan, engaging with customers in various scenarios, including product demonstrations and technical discussions. You will support proof of concept (PoC) initiatives and conduct workshops to showcase Box's capabilities. Your responsibilities will also include responding to RFPs and assisting with security audits, ensuring that potential clients understand the value and technical superiority of Box's products. You will create proposal materials based on customer challenges and present them to key decision-makers.
