What you'll do

As the Executive Director of edX, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for architecting and executing the strategic roadmap for the edX platform. Your primary mandate will be to drive consumer growth by developing attractive learning products that engage and retain learners. You will oversee the full P&L for the edX business, ensuring that financial targets are met while maintaining a focus on quality and user satisfaction. Collaborating with product, marketing, partnership management, and B2B sales teams, you will connect the platform's scale to other divisions, enhancing overall performance and user experience. You will lead initiatives to attract learners to the platform, converting them into loyal customers who drive repeat purchases.
