Nightingale is seeking an Associate, Data Quality to ensure the integrity and quality of data across their healthcare technology platform. You'll work with SQL and Python to tackle complex data challenges in Arlington, VA.
You are an entry-level data professional with a strong foundation in data analysis and quality assurance. You possess strong SQL skills and have experience with Python or other scripting languages, which you have applied in practical settings. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for ensuring data accuracy and integrity, understanding the importance of clean data in driving business decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing ongoing data review and normalization processes to maintain data quality across the user platform. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to verify that the information displayed is rigorously cleaned and mapped. Your work will involve relaying requirements to the backend team to ensure high-fidelity data presentation. You will tackle complex data challenges and contribute to the productionizing efforts of the data engineering team, playing a key role in the transition from R&D to wider release.
