Solidcore is seeking a Corporate Counsel specializing in Employment & Regulatory law to ensure compliance with various employment laws and collaborate with HR. This role is based in Arlington, Virginia.
You are an experienced employment and regulatory lawyer with a strong background in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy working with HR and other departments to address legal issues while aligning with business goals. Your expertise includes laws related to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and leaves of absence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing organization.
Experience in the studio fitness space or similar industries is a plus. You have a proactive approach to legal challenges and are comfortable navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is essential, and you are committed to fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Solidcore complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations. You will work closely with HR to develop policies and procedures that reflect best practices in employment law.
