You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in a technology-focused environment, and you understand the nuances of selling complex solutions to a diverse range of clients. Your ability to build relationships and trust with customers is paramount, as you will be their primary point of contact for all things Cloudflare. You are a curious and empathetic individual, eager to learn and grow within a supportive team. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work alongside Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers to deliver exceptional service.
Desirable
Experience in the Internet security or performance industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients. A background in customer success or account management will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Named Account Executive at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption of our services across Japan. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that enhance their Internet applications. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
You will leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Regularly analyzing customer feedback and market trends will be essential in refining our approach and ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will also participate in strategic planning sessions, providing insights based on your interactions with customers and the competitive landscape.
