Box is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive sales activities for mid-sized companies in Japan. You'll leverage your experience in account sales and enterprise software to foster client relationships and achieve sales targets. This role requires over 5 years of experience in the IT industry and familiarity with CRM solutions.
You have over 5 years of account sales experience in the IT industry, demonstrating a strong ability to manage client relationships and drive sales initiatives. Your background includes more than 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, where you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and built lasting partnerships with clients. You are proficient in using CRM solutions like Salesforce for sales management, ensuring that you can track and optimize your sales processes effectively.
You excel at multitasking and can handle numerous transactions using various operational tools, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your process-oriented mindset allows you to proactively address challenges and implement solutions that drive results. You are aggressive in achieving numerical targets and have a proven track record of executing plans that lead to success.
While not mandatory, experience in channel sales within the SaaS and Cloud solutions space is a plus, as is a foundational level of business English proficiency. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Apps for sales purposes is also advantageous, enhancing your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales activities for mid-sized companies in Japan, specifically targeting organizations with employee ranges from 500 to 2000. You will develop and execute sales plans that align with Box's objectives, focusing on generating leads and nurturing opportunities through collaboration with internal teams and resellers. Your efforts will include setting target customers from your assigned area and creating actionable approach plans to convert leads into sales.
You will actively work to elevate the sales stages of nurtured opportunities, collaborating with resellers to close deals effectively. Identifying key stakeholders within reseller organizations will be crucial, as you will need to create and agree upon business plans that drive mutual success. You will manage the status of each opportunity and provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals.
Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to devise and implement strategies aimed at acquiring new customers. Your ability to articulate the value of Box's offerings to stakeholders, including CIOs and CxOs, will be essential in establishing trust and credibility.
