What you'll do

As the Founding CTO, you will define and own the technical roadmap for Hypersignals. This includes translating the product vision into a robust system architecture that can handle real-time trading demands. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the trading infrastructure, ensuring it remains fast and reliable under varying market conditions. You will work closely with the founder to make swift decisions and adapt to changing priorities as the product evolves.

You will lead the development of critical features, ensuring that the platform meets the highest standards of performance and user experience. Your role will involve writing code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers as the team grows. You will also be responsible for establishing best practices in engineering operations, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will play a key role in shaping the company's engineering culture, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will engage in strategic discussions about product direction and market positioning, leveraging your technical expertise to inform business decisions. You will also oversee the integration of new technologies and tools that can enhance the platform's capabilities and user experience.
