私たちはデータのアノテーション作業や分析作業のするチームのオペレーションマネージャーを探しています。お客様体験を向上するために欠かせないアレクサの正答率などをKPIとし、アレクサショッピングの根幹となる機械学習のモデルの分析などを通じて問題点の洗い出しなどを行うためのオペレーションチームです。オペレーションマネージャーはデータや効率的かつ正確なオペレーションに情熱を持って作業ができる必要があります。
特に、オペレーションマネージャーとして求められることは

· データアソシエイトやシニアデータアソシエイト、データリングイストなどの日々のマネージメントを行う。
· 仕事の重要度からプライオリティを適切に付ける。
· 高度な成果物を短期の期日までに提出できる。
· オペレーションのキャパシティの計算とリソース、仕事量、シフト、トレーニングのスケジュールなど複数の観点から管理できる。
· 週ごと、月ごとのKPIのレビューや、グローバルの様々なチームとのやりとりを行い、これらの数字を管理する。
· 定期的なプロセスのレビュ、変更や標準化などを通じて、プロセスを自ら効率化するだけではなく、それらの管理を行う。
· 自身のチームの採用や、そのデベロップメントをKPIの観点などを用いながらトレーニングしたり、コーチングなどをしたりする。

We are seeking an experienced operations manager to build and manage our annotation and data analysis operations team. This team plays a critical role in identifying root cause for Customer experience (CX) issues and in improving machine learning models, which drive various Alexa shopping features, leading to improved CX quality metrics and positive business impact. The operations manager must have a passion for data, efficiency, and accuracy. Specifically, the Ops manager will:
·Manage day to day operations with a team of Data Associates, Sr. Associates and Data Specialists
·Manage work prioritization and delivery based on business needs
.Ensure high quality delivery under aggressive deadlines
.Plan capacity and commit to volume by managing resources, queue, shift management, cross training, and leave management
· Track weekly/monthly metrics and process reviews with internal and external stakeholders across time zones.
· Maximize productivity and process efficiency through process standardization, strong process documentation, supervision, and analysis and performance feedback on a periodic basis
·Initiate and lead process improvement projects, presents solution proposals, and implement them to other applicable/in-scope operational areas
· Own team’s hiring, performance and development through performance metrics, training, and feedback and coaching on an ongoing basis.



Key job responsibilities

7. Own team’s hiring, performance and development through performance metrics, training, and feedback and coaching on an ongoing basis.- 6年以上の実務経験と2年以上のピープルマネジメント経験
- 学士号
- 母国語が日本語、あるいはネイティブに近い日本語力(読み書き、会話ともに必須)
- ビジネスレベルの英語の読み書き能力
- 高い分析力、問題解決力、論理的推論力
- 迅速な業務内容や環境の変化への適応で快適に作業できる
- 複数のプロジェクトを同時にサポートでき、迅速な業務ベースの中で、優先順位が変更するたび臨機応変に対応できる
- 常に向上心を持ち、リーダーとして周りをサポートすることができる

- A Bachelors Degree with relevant experience of 6+ years with 2+ years of people management.
- Fluent in Japanese and English language (Oral & Written)
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept re-prioritization as necessary
