Koalafi is hiring a Content Specialist & Trainer to create and maintain support content for their Customer and Merchant Support teams. This role focuses on translating complex processes into clear knowledge articles and job aids. Ideal candidates will have strong writing skills and a desire to grow in content creation.
You are a strong writer and content builder eager to join Koalafi's Agent Enablement team as a Content Specialist & Trainer. In this early-career role, you will focus on creating and maintaining support content that empowers our Customer and Merchant Support teams to deliver high-quality service to lease-to-own customers. You enjoy writing for real people and have a knack for clarity, making complex processes understandable. You are looking to sharpen your skills and learn from a supportive team, building a foundation for growth in content and training.
In this role, you will work closely with our Content Strategist and Guru Admin, as well as subject matter experts and team leads across Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to take complex processes and translate them into clear, helpful knowledge articles, macros, and job aids. You will help create content that agents rely on every day to support lease-to-own customers and merchants. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the content you produce meets the needs of our users and enhances their experience with our services. You will also be involved in maintaining and updating existing content to ensure it remains relevant and useful.
