What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Health, you will own the health of the supply-demand ecosystem — continuously monitoring and improving key metrics such as fulfillment rates, cancellations, idle supply, and order wait times. You will identify and execute levers to dynamically balance marketplace operations across various verticals, including Food, Quik, and Mobility. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering and design teams to develop scalable solutions that optimize the core marketplace engine. You will lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring that Careem's platform meets the evolving needs of its users. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and conducting regular analyses to inform product decisions. Your insights will drive strategic planning and execution, contributing to the overall growth and success of Careem's marketplace. You will engage with stakeholders to align on priorities and ensure that product developments are in line with business goals. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
