OKX is seeking a VIP Sales Manager who is a Russian speaker to drive client business for their crypto exchange platform in Dubai. This role involves generating a sales pipeline and achieving revenue growth through high net-worth individual sales opportunities.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the financial markets, with a focus on high net-worth individuals. Your ability to source and originate new client business is complemented by your proficiency in Russian, allowing you to connect with a diverse clientele. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of achieving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Your experience in building and maintaining client relationships is essential for success in this role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable leveraging personal networks and external partners to generate leads. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to educate and consult with clients effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and originating new client business for OKX's leading exchange platform. You will generate a sales pipeline from both new and existing clients across the financial markets, taking ownership of your portfolio to achieve revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying and driving corporate and high net-worth individual sales opportunities, as well as building a healthy pipeline through innovative methods of connectivity. You will perform regular follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and engagement, and you will collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to clients. Your efforts will contribute to the overall growth and success of OKX in the competitive crypto market.
