MongoDB is seeking a Turkish Speaking Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition in the Turkish market. You'll focus on formulating and executing sales strategies while collaborating with technical teams. This role requires 3+ years of field software sales experience.
You have 3+ years of field software sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced and competitive market. Your track record demonstrates your ability to close net new logos and expand existing accounts, showcasing your skills in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. You are adept at building strong relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users, which is crucial for success in this role. Your proactive approach to sales and your ability to work collaboratively with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams will ensure customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.
Experience in the Turkish market is a plus, as you will be focusing on this territory. Familiarity with the financial services, retail, telecommunications, and digital native sectors will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable participating in sales enablement trainings and are eager to develop your skills through comprehensive programs offered by MongoDB.
In this role, you will formulate and execute a sales strategy within your assigned territory, focusing on revenue growth and new customer acquisition. You will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders will be essential, as you will partner closely with our Solution Architects and Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
You will participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and sophisticated sales training programs. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes and your commitment to continuous learning will be key to your success. You will be expected to maintain a strong understanding of MongoDB's offerings and how they can benefit potential clients, allowing you to effectively communicate value propositions and drive sales.
