You have extensive experience in marketing leadership, ideally within a technology or cloud services environment — you've successfully managed teams and driven customer engagement strategies that align with business objectives. Your background includes a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.

You possess strong coaching and mentoring skills — you enjoy developing early-career talent and creating pathways for their growth within the organization. Your collaborative nature allows you to forge strong partnerships across various teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer engagement.

You are data-driven and understand the importance of leveraging customer insights to inform marketing strategies — you have experience in profiling and nurturing leads, and you can effectively communicate the value of services to diverse audiences. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback enables you to adapt strategies for maximum impact.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously — your organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that your team meets deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. You are passionate about creating positive customer experiences and understand the role of marketing in driving awareness and conversion.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Marketing Response Center (MRC) team, focusing on customer engagement and lead nurturing — you will guide your team in developing strategies to profile and qualify marketing leads generated from various campaigns and events. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that your team effectively collects customer insights and shares valuable voice-of-the-customer intelligence.

You will collaborate closely with Integrated Demand Center (IDC) teams, Account Based Marketing (ABM) teams, and regional sales teams to create a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints — your ability to build strong relationships will be key to fostering collaboration and driving results.

You will be responsible for coaching and up-skilling your team members, helping them to grow into broader marketing, sales, or technical roles — your mentorship will empower them to take ownership of their professional development and contribute meaningfully to the organization.

You will analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on performance metrics — your insights will help shape future campaigns and ensure that the MRC meets its objectives in driving awareness, consideration, and conversion.
