You will collaborate closely with Integrated Demand Center (IDC) teams, Account Based Marketing (ABM) teams, and regional sales teams to create a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints — your ability to build strong relationships will be key to fostering collaboration and driving results.
You will be responsible for coaching and up-skilling your team members, helping them to grow into broader marketing, sales, or technical roles — your mentorship will empower them to take ownership of their professional development and contribute meaningfully to the organization.
You will analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on performance metrics — your insights will help shape future campaigns and ensure that the MRC meets its objectives in driving awareness, consideration, and conversion.
