What you'll do

In this role, you will take on the operational and day-to-day responsibilities of leading Spotify's Premium Partnerships projects in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. You will work closely with the Associate Director, Partner Product and Delivery, to ensure that all technical implementations are executed smoothly and meet performance expectations. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to align on project goals and deliverables.

You will be responsible for setting clear objectives for your team and ensuring that everyone is aligned on priorities. Regularly reviewing project progress and performance metrics will be key to your success, allowing you to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed. You will also play a crucial role in stakeholder management, ensuring that all partners are kept informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaboration will be at the heart of your role, as you will facilitate communication between different teams and regions. You will lead meetings, provide updates, and gather feedback to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
