What you'll do

As the Finance & Operations Associate at Biconomy, you will own the day-to-day finance operations, which includes managing invoicing, expense management, and month-end close processes. You will maintain accurate financial records across different entities and systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Your role will also involve executing monthly payroll and contractor payments, coordinating with external providers as necessary. You will manage vendor payments and subscriptions, keeping track of ongoing operational spending. Additionally, you will build and maintain budgets and forecasts in partnership with the founders, proactively identifying risks or inefficiencies in financial operations. Your contributions will be vital in supporting the company's growth and operational excellence.
