Coupang is seeking a Manager of Account Management for their SMB segment to build and manage relationships with merchants, driving business growth. This role requires 7+ years of experience in sales or account management and familiarity with Salesforce and SQL.
You have over 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding sales or growth targets. Your strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese enable you to effectively engage with merchants and stakeholders. You possess a data-driven mindset with robust analytical skills, allowing you to analyze merchant performance data and develop tailored growth strategies. With 2+ years of people management experience, you are comfortable leading teams and fostering a collaborative environment. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous settings, adapting quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to customers.
Fluency in English is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or other BI/CRM tools will be advantageous in managing merchant relationships and analyzing performance data effectively.
In this role, you will build and manage relationships with merchants to drive business growth, ensuring high levels of merchant satisfaction.
