Overview

Flex is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of SDRs focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with partners and customers. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales development and team leadership, with a proven track record of exceeding business development targets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building high-performing, customer-centric teams. Your experience includes coaching and developing sales representatives to achieve pipeline generation goals. You understand the importance of fostering a collaborative team culture and are skilled at motivating individuals to reach their full potential. You are results-driven and have a strategic mindset, capable of developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve team performance and processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of 5–8 sales development representatives, guiding them to achieve and exceed their pipeline generation goals. You will be responsible for developing training programs that enhance the skills of your team members and ensure they are equipped to succeed in their roles. You will set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to help your team grow. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will work to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. You will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Additionally, you will play a key role in recruiting and onboarding new team members, ensuring they are integrated into the team effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of the sales development team and contributing to the company's growth.
