Overview

Flex is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of SDRs focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with partners and customers. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development.

With experience in managing sales teams, you understand the importance of coaching and developing your team to achieve their goals. You are passionate about building high-performing, customer-centric teams and have a strong ability to motivate and inspire others. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the growth of a FinTech company that is changing the rent payment experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed pipeline generation goals. You will be responsible for setting performance metrics and ensuring your team has the resources and support needed to succeed. You will collaborate closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective training programs to enhance team capabilities. Your leadership will be critical in driving the success of the SDR team and contributing to the company's growth.
