What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will drive the entire Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion. You will become the trusted Cribl expert as customers build out observability pipelines to transform data in their organization. Your role will involve coordinating and strategizing across several functions to enable customers to realize continuous value. You will engage in business discussions with company executives to demonstrate the value of Cribl solutions. Your responsibilities will include establishing success plans, tracking KPIs, and ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes with Cribl products.
