iHerb is seeking a Regional Inventory & Planning Specialist for the MENA region to develop accurate demand forecasts and manage inventory replenishment. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with various teams to optimize inventory management.
You have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, which allow you to effectively collaborate with various teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Supply Planning. Your experience in demand forecasting and inventory management equips you to develop accurate and timely forecasts that align with regional sales goals. You are professional and detail-oriented, capable of managing vendor relationships and supporting day-to-day business operations. You understand the importance of minimizing forecast variability and reducing inventory working capital, and you are committed to achieving in-stock rates that drive sales success.
Experience in the MENA region is a plus, as is familiarity with statistical forecasting methods and inventory management systems. You are proactive in proposing initiatives to improve demand forecast accuracy and have a knack for identifying trends that influence product demand.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns. You will partner with management to assess risks related to inventory health and demand, proposing mitigation plans for excess stock. Your role will involve overseeing the ordering process for regional SKUs and collaborating with the Global Inventory Management team to optimize the SKU portfolio. You will gather inputs from various stakeholders to build a consensus demand plan that drives supply planning and replenishment to fulfillment centers. Additionally, you will manage assigned regional vendors to support business growth strategies and ensure that inventory levels meet customer demand.
At iHerb, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation. We offer a supportive work environment where your contributions will directly impact our business strategies. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
