MongoDB is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business acquisition in the North African market. You'll formulate and execute sales strategies while collaborating with technical teams. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in enterprise sales.

Who you are

You are a driven individual with a strong background in sales, particularly in enterprise environments. You have a proven track record of new business acquisition and are skilled at formulating and executing effective sales strategies. Your ability to build strong relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with solution architects and professional services teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You are passionate about technology and eager to learn from some of the most successful sales leaders in the industry.

Desirable

Experience in the North African market is a plus, as is familiarity with the software industry. You understand the nuances of selling to various sectors, including FSIs, Retail, and Telco. Your ability to adapt and innovate in your sales approach will contribute to your success in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline, focusing on revenue growth and new customer acquisition. You will strategically prospect into key decision-makers and build effective relationships that lead to growth opportunities. Collaborating with our solution architects, you will work closely with the professional services team to ensure that customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved. You will also engage with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales to expand MongoDB's reach in the market.
