You are an effective communicator who actively listens to prospects, understanding their pain points and challenges. Your ability to articulate the value proposition of Udemy Business is critical for successful engagement and conversion. You build rapport and trust through clear communication, which is essential in a sales environment. You demonstrate a growth mindset, being open to learning and feedback, which is vital in a constantly evolving sales landscape. You adapt quickly to new sales tools, methodologies, and market trends, embodying the value of courageously embracing change. You understand that not everyone will match each qualification, and you value unique experiences that can add value to the company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges, helping them see the value of Udemy's offerings. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach and follow-up, ensuring that you effectively communicate the benefits of Udemy Business. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about Udemy's products and services. Your contributions will help drive user acquisition and activation, ultimately impacting the growth of the company. You will be part of a hybrid work model, requiring you to be in the office three days a week at the nearest hub.
